CNC quenching machine
DSSK series of vertical CNC quenching machine frame uses welded bed structure, to do stress-relief annealing. Parts rotating table and transformer moving use ball screw drive , servo motor drive, moving speed can be adjusted steplessly, the parts rotating use motor and inverter to control, rotating speed can be adjusted steplessly. Parts clamping length electric adjustment to adapt the changes quenching parts length, easy to adjust. CNC system to achieve automatic control, can store a variety of parts process.
The machine has a manual operation and automatic operation function, suitable for single and batch production, widely used in the field of induction heat treatment of automobile, construction machinery, machine tools and other industries. Reasonable structure, complete functions, convenient installation and debugging.
The machine has the functions of continuous quenching, simultaneous quenching, continuous quenching in sections, simultaneous quenching in sections, and other functions. It is mainly used for the surface hardening of various shaft workpieces, the induction quenching of gears, rings and plane parts .
Structure features:
The machine host consists of bed body, parts rotating table, top assembly, table movement and transmission system, workpiece rotation and top adjustment mechanism, counterweight balance, mask frame, electrical CNC part and so on.
1、Bed part: The machine adopts welded bed body structure, the overall stress relief annealing. The surface of the main exposed parts are specially treated to have good rust and corrosion resistance.
2、Top adjustment mechanism:top adjustment adopts electric adjustment, can achieve different clamping lengths of workpieces.
3、Work table system: Use servo motor driven ball screw to achieve the lifting movements on the table, moving speed stepless adjustment, light transmission, high precision, accurate positioning.
4、Workpiece rotation system: The asynchronous motor drives the spindle to rotate through the transmission mechanism and the transmission shaft. Using gear motor and inverter control, to get stepless speed regulation of parts. Improves the jamming and chain dropping phenomenon brought by the traditional chain drive, makes the workpiece rotate more smoothly and improves the working efficiency and the quality.
5、Electrical control part: The electrical control part is composed of CNC system, intermediate relay and so on. It can store the quenching process of hundreds kinds of workpieces. All kinds of programs can be programmed and stored by CNC keyboard. Machine settings loss of power protection, offside protection and other functions, with high safety and reliability.
